***I received an ARC from #NetGalley and #Forever (Grand Central Publishing) in exchange for an honest review. ***

More Than Words is tragically beautiful story about the hardships of childhood and the adventurous escape between two childhood friends that swiftly kicks you in the feels! Mia masterfully weaved a layered tale filled with sweet vanilla moments, followed by a very bitter chocolate aftertaste. Callen and Jessica are  survivors from troubled childhoods, reconnecting ten years later, only seeking the adventures that once brought them together.

Tugging at your heartstrings the setting and plot structure will take you on a voyeuristic adventure of your own — only to capture the essence of what true love is and how you can overcome the obstacles of childhood by coming to terms that you can’t heal unless you want to heal. You can’t fully love until you rid your mind from past demons. And you can’t accept love until you open yourself fully to its raw emotions.

When reading this book, I felt the highs and lows like a ballad. In the beginning, I was invested in the story, only to lose something along the way, but towards the end, Mia roped me back in. She crafted two stories into one book, you’ll have to read this book to find out what I am talking about. Often times, I continued to read the book just to get to the second story line, that is how good it is!

If you like childhood friends romance with second chances, this book is for you. If you love Mia Sheridan, of course you’ll read this book for release day June 12th!
